The bathtub is one of the most sacred, healing, rejuvenating places in your home. Here is one of my favorite things to do after a day with a nagging boss, demanding kids or simply needing to center oneself for a project.
- Shower… in silence
- Play Instrumental Music
- Run Bath
- Add Elixir - 2T of baking soda, 2 cups of pure epsom salt, 2-3 drops of pure essential oil, fresh flower petals
- Tea lights (real or led)
- Oil Diffuser/Incense (soft sent)
- Soak in bath for 45 - 60 minutes
- After soaking for about half an hour, try meditating. Invision pink warm light growing inside of your body, exuding threw your aura.
- After bath, rinse off
- Wear light colored clothes
