Relaxing Hour Bath

 

The bathtub is one of the most sacred, healing, rejuvenating places in your home. Here is one of my favorite things to do after a day with a nagging boss, demanding kids or simply needing to center oneself for a project. 


  • Shower… in silence
  • Play Instrumental Music
  • Run Bath 
  • Add Elixir - 2T of baking soda, 2 cups of pure epsom salt, 2-3 drops of pure essential oil, fresh flower petals
  • Tea lights (real or led)
  • Oil Diffuser/Incense (soft sent)
  • Soak in bath for 45 - 60 minutes
  • After soaking for about half an hour, try meditating. Invision pink warm light growing inside of your body, exuding threw your aura.
  • After bath, rinse off 
  • Wear light colored clothes
